Lake Front Curb Appeal
This house was built by a developer right on Sloans Lake. But after months on the market, we were brought in to create a curb-appeal update. The challenge with those types of projects is to spend the LEAST amount of money in order to get the greatest return. It's a balancing act. Happy to say that after the update, the home sold in less than two weeks!
